1) How to know the current value of portfolio
  
Ans)You can know the current value of your portfolio through I-Zoneby using your Login Id and User Password issued by Accord Financial. In case you don’t have your Login Id and User Password, you can Register yourself Now.

 2) How to receive a periodic statement of one’s portfolio?
Ans) To  receive  a  periodic  statement  of  your  portfolio,  login  to  your
I-Zone and state the same in Preferences. You shall receive a periodic statement of your mutual fund portfolio as per the details that you provide in the Preferences(quarterly by default).
3) How to redeem mutual fund?
Ans)To redeem your mutual fund:

a)You can download Common Services Form(CSF), fill up the details of the fund you wish to redeem and deposit/courier it at one of our branches for processing. Alternately, you can call your financial consultant or 9811301416 for the same.

b)The funds which have been invested through Accord can be redeemed by logging to I-Zone, selecting the fund, right clicking on the fund, and clicking the Redeem option. A Common Service Form with the relevant details shall get generated which the client shall be required to print and sign. This signed CSF can be deposited/couriered to one of our branches for processing. Alternately, you can call your financial advisor or call 9811301416 for the same.

 
4) How to invest more in existing mutual fund scheme?
Ans)To make a fresh investment in an existing mutual fund scheme, print the CSF, fill the details and deposit/courier it to one of our offices for processing. Alternately, you can call your financial advisor or call 9811301416 for the same.
5)How to start saving through SIP mode. What is the procedure for the same?
Ans)Investment through SIP is a good investment vehicle which offers benefit of disciplinary regular savings and Rupee Cost Averaging. One can start an investment plan through SIP mode by filling up the Common Application Form of the shortlisted fund, a SIP enrolment form and one Auto Debit Form. First investment in SIP is done through a cheque of the same bank account through which the client wishes to avail Auto Debit Facility. 6)How to stop an existing SIP?
Ans)You can discontinue an existing SIP investment by intimating the same through a written and signed communication. You can download and print the SIP Discontinuation Form, fill the details and courier/deposit at one of our branches. Alternately you can call 9811301416 to facilitate the same.

Please allow atleast 30 days to process SIP discontinuation.
7)How to change address/contact nos./bank account details in mutual fund scheme?
Ans)To change contact/bank account/address details in your mutual fund, kindly Download CSF and fill in the new details. The completed CSF can couriered/deposited at one of our branches. Alternately you can call 9811301416 to facilitate the same.

8)How to change bank account for SIP investment?
Ans)To change bank account of your SIP investment, the existing SIP has to be discontinued(Refer 6).
A fresh SIP enrolment form and Auto Debit form shall have to be submitted alongwith a cancelled cheque of new bank account(Refer 5).

9)How to change nominee in a mutual fund?
Ans)Nomination can be made/modified in a mutual fund scheme by downloading the nomination form of the respective AMC(Asset Management Company), completing it and depositing/couriering it to one of our branches for processing.
10)How to change investment option in a mutual fund?
Ans)Investment option in a fund can be changed by filling up the CSF and forwarding it to us.
